IS DEPRESSION WORTH YOUR LIFE?
Today I want to talk(Write of course) about a PHENOMENA that every Human goes through i.e. DEPRESSION.
I understand that everyone has their own ways to overcome these PHENOMENA call DEPRESSION by Listening to MUSIC, watching MOVIES, Playing Games, etc. Basically, Diverting Your mind From the Cause BUT DOES THIS SOLVE THE PROBLEM?
NO! These steps are like PAINKILLERS rather than the MEDICINE, of course, you will feel relief, But this temporary relief is not a permanent SOLUTION.
THEN WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
According to me, the best SOLUTION is to talk to somebody who has already passed that stage.
If you are concern About your future in high school then you should discuss it with your seniors and take tips for better preparation.
WHAT IS THE CAUSE?
We all know every problem comes with one SOLUTION but actually, there can be as many SOLUTIONS as you want.
Basically for reaching the SOLUTION there are 2 ways-
1} You follow the one who already has achieved the SOLUTION and here you will have more chances of getting SUCCESS in a fixed TIME and HARD WORK, etc.
2}You make your own way to achieve the SOLUTION, BUT this can result in Huge SUCCESS or Huge LOSS, There is no GUARANTEED SUCCESS and NO fixed TIME OF HARDWORK, etc.
And the Second reason mostly results in DEPRESSION.
There’s another way one could lead Depression, not by ourselves but PUSHED by Others and this can be intentionally or unintentionally done.
Behind INTENTIONALLY there is only one reason i.e. JEALOUSY. We all know that there is no age Limit to be JEALOUS by anyone.
UNINTENTIONAlly it can be done by anyone even our Parents, Teachers, Siblings, Friends, Relatives, etc.
BASICALLY, YOU WILL NEVER BE IN DEPRESSION UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU DESIRE SOMETHING WITH HEART, OTHER THAN THAT IS JUST GUILT.
SUICIDE IS NEVER A SOLUTION BECAUSE THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMEONE OUT THERE IN THIS WORLD WHO IS IN MUCH MORE TERRIBLE CONDITION THAN YOU ARE AND STILL FIGHTING.
